O que você irá fazer

  • We are looking for a driven and skilled Commercial Manager to oversee strategic relationships with some of the worlds largest banks and market infrastructures.
  • You will work alongside a dynamic team who is fully responsible for leading all aspects of business development team.
  • Our Global Business Development (BD) Team is the organization that owns the customer relationship and orchestrates all internal resources to drive customer business outcomes.
  • As a part of this global team, you will have a unique opportunity to actively participate in building the future of the global Payments and Securities ecosystem in collaboration with SWIFTs largest and most complex clients.
  • What to expect- You will build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic financial institutions in Brazil, identify customer needs and market opportunities by learning clients business initiatives and challenges and aligning SWIFT services to their needs.
  • - Develop client plans aligned with SWIFTs strategy to progress key initiatives within the SWIFT community.
  • - Collaborate with clients for co-creation on innovation projects, product/service pilots, and obtaining client feedback on development of key SWIFT initiatives and products.
  • - Act as a single point of contact for clients to drive all aspects of the day-to-day relationship, including problem solving and coordinating SWIFT resources to deliver proposals around strategic solutions.
  • - Oversee implementation of projects and communicate client needs internally to deliver client technical solutions.
  • - Represent and drive SWIFTs thought leadership in the region by participating in regional events, forums, and industry engagements.
  • - Coaching other team members to define team objectives and live our values and culture; attract and retain great people; share knowledge about customers, products, markets and methodology.
  • - Having an impact at a truly international company with a global footprint, main hubs across three continents, which operates in a fast-paced environment within a relatively small company.
  • What will make you successful?- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey business strategies in challenging circumstances and to effectively communicate with senior leaders.
  • - Profound understanding of the Payments and Securities ecosystem, the financial services industry, and industry trends.
  • - Manage multiple complex projects and lead large scale deals with tight deadlines and internal and external cross-functional stakeholders; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Leverage and translate creative ideas into actionable plans or projects for the business; demonstrate a commitment to learn and develop yourself and others.
  • - Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of customers; understand market drivers for success; identify and drive use cases; you have an entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take the appropriate initiatives to optimize commercial performance.
  • - Excellent collaboration skills, ability to bring together teams across the company and lead through influence and inclusion.
  • - Successfully navigate ambiguity while driving results.
  • Ability to decide and pursue the best course of action, including follow-through to ensure delivery and closure or escalate as needed.
