O que você irá fazer

  • This role is focused on driving product adoption, providing strategic guidance, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Youll act as a client''s partner and advisor, helping them get the most out of SensorTowers platform while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • This position is ideal for someone proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about customer success in a data-driven SaaS environment.
  • **What the Strategic Account Manager will do**:- Manage a portfolio of existing SensorTower customers across the LATAM region.
  • - Build trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders at various levels, from individual users to decision-makers.
  • - Drive product adoption through onboarding support, training, and regular value-based check-ins.
  • - Monitor product usage and client engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
  • - Develop strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • - Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • - Deliver business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights tailored to each client.
  • - Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • - Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • **Experience and skills we are looking for**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles in the SaaS or B2B technology space.
  • - Based in Brazil, fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • - Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, especially in the LATAM region.
  • - Experience in the mobile ecosystem, app economy, or analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • - A substantial advantage is familiarity with SensorTower or comparable tools.
  • - Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms.
  • - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • - Track record of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
