O que você irá fazer

  • The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf courses, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces.
  • Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.
  • Job DescriptionSupervise the dishwashers, general cleaners, garbage man, silver-man, and night cleaners.
  • Ensure all new team members are adequately instructed in operating dishwashing machines, handling chinaware, glassware, silverware, cleaning kitchen equipment, and other tasks assigned by the Executive Steward.
  • Ensure personal cleanliness and proper deportment of all employees under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness of stewarding storerooms and work areas at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and local health and sanitation codes.
  • Implement proper garbage sorting and ensure all Food & Beverage garbage is removed from all areas to the garbage room.
  • Take inventory of operating equipment and cleaning supplies regularly.
  • Report emergencies to the Executive Steward if unable to handle them personally.
  • Brief kitchen and service colleagues on proper use of operating equipment to prevent overloads and breakages.
  • Prepare weekly duty rosters and holiday/vacation leave charts for stewarding staff.
  • Propose improvements for the Stewarding Department.
  • QualificationsSecondary/High school education is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Knowledge of additional languages and basic understanding of local languages is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and in high-pressure situations.
  • Team player and capable builder.
  • Motivator and self-starter.
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and neat appearance at all times.
