  • Location and Flexibility This is a hybrid role.
  • This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month).

  • The Opportunity As a Staff Web Software Engineer, you will serve as a significant technical reference within the company, shaping and guiding software development efforts across different teams.
  • You will dissect large projects into manageable, shippable pieces while adhering to the principles of continuous delivery and integration.
  • Additionally, your insights will benefit project delivery across the company as you demonstrate your expertise in modern web trends and accessibility best practices.
  • Responsibilities: Contribute to and guide cross-organizational engineers in following platform-level design patterns in their projects.
  • Orchestrate CI infrastructure for minimal pipeline run times and actionable feedback.
  • Provide meaningful feedback on release testing plans to ensure thorough system testing.
  • Resolve conflicts within projects and partners, leveraging your strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Qualifications: 10+ years of web development experience Comprehensive understanding of back-end code, databases, security, and APIs.
  • Experience implementing web security standards in development.
  • Proficient in the discovery process along with stakeholders and formulating detailed plans to solve critical issues.
  • Demonstrates the ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, platforms, test methodologies, and patterns rapidly.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex technical and project-related information to various partners effectively.
  • Bonus Points: Extensive experience building automated test suites and using granular debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
