O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and Product roles.
  • About the RoleOwn and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent communities.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use analytics and data to monitor hiring metrics, optimize processes, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • About YouAt least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX Designers.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
  • Bonus PointsExperience hiring for global or large-scale tech teams.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems like Workday.
