  • Profession (Job Category): IT, Telecom & Internet Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description The opportunity The Business Process Owner must be deeply involved in the strategy, purpose, and targets of the business, participating in business definitions with the aim of increasing productivity, standardization, digitalization, and innovation.
  • Work as a liaison between the business/end users and the IT team, identifying business requirements, analyzing needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
  • Make recommendations for solutions and improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Research business requirements and document the relationships between application system components (end users, processes, data, applications, devices).
  • Translate business requirements into application requirements for the IT application manager and follow the projects jointly with IT.
  • Responsibilities may include managing projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing lower-level professionals, and guiding the business to improve processes with a strategic vision.
  • How you'll make an impact Understand all end-to-end processes from the business to proactively suggest improvements, collect requirements, and clarify doubts, aiming at cost reduction, lead time improvement, quality enhancement, and inventory reduction.
  • Lead improvement projects serve as a local key user to implement local and global projects to enhance processes.
  • Be the site SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all global demands and initiatives related to processes.
  • Define queues and priorities and oversee the execution of application demands from the business together with the IT application manager.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT , representing business interests in IT discussions.
  • Factory process documentation Create and maintain updated manuals of processes, including flows, inputs/outputs between areas.
  • Your background Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Advanced English (required).
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
