  • **Job Summary****Key Responsibilities**- **Development & Customization**:- Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and API integrations.
  • - Implement declarative features such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • - **Solution Design**:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • - Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.
  • - **System Integration**:- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • - Develop and maintain data synchronization processes.
  • - **Technical Leadership**:- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
  • - Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.
  • - Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases and features, implementing relevant updates.
  • - **Maintenance & Support**:- Perform regular system health checks, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues.
  • - Optimize Salesforce configurations to enhance user experience and system performance.
  • - **Documentation**:- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing features.
  • - Create user guides and support training sessions as needed.
  • **Qualifications**- **Education**:- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • - **Experience**:- Demonstrated strong Salesforce development experience, with experience in a senior or lead role.
  • - Proven experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
  • - **Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (e.

  • , VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git).
  • - Experience with APIs, middleware (e.

  • , MuleSoft, Boomi), and integration tools.
  • - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
