  • At present, an excellent career opportunity is available for a Senior Sales Manager role within Honeywell UOP's Latin America Customer Sales and Service Organization.
  • In this position, you will afford a unique and visible opportunity to lead part of UOP LATAMs Sales Team and, as such, support every aspect of client engagement with some of the largest and most strategic accounts in the refining and petrochemical business in Latin America.
  • As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering results by working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to build and strengthen relationships and understanding customers needs to identify, offer and provide the most suitable solutions.
  • You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical business objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead a segment of the UOP Sales Team in Latin America and closely support the development and strengthening of relationships with existing Honeywell UOPs clients in Latin America, ensuring a healthy and sustainable business pipeline.
  • Mentor the team in the elaboration of commercial proposals, negotiation and closure of deals, ensuring revenue generation for the organization.
  • Manage and grow Honeywell UOPs customer base and revenue generation in the region.
  • Work with the internal organization to ensure Honeywell UOPs clients in the region will have the best possible experience throughout the sales process.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop existing ones in the fields of Refining, Petrochemicals, Gas Processing and Sustainability.
  • YOU MUST HAVE At least 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in the refining & petrochemical business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in either Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or correlated areas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
  • Technical knowledge in the refining and petrochemical industries.
  • Understanding of the cultural background and business atmosphere in Latin America.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of your time.
  • WE VALUE Chemical Engineering Degree and/or specialization/masters in the refining/petrochemical businesses.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
