What youll do: As a Senior Product Sourcing Manager, you will manage strategic sourcing activities, managing risks and optimizing the value, monitoring sourcing trends, environment and market intelligence.
You will be accountable for business results and responsible in negotiations and business development while establishing supplier relationship management processes.
In detail, you will: Secure alignment with internal stakeholders and provide full alignment and support to PSO; Execute the sourcing strategies, driving initiatives to attend the BA and Companys targets and continuously striving for competitiveness; Monitor supplier and business performance (competitiveness, deliveries, quality) and secure NPI deliverables; Develop and maintain reports and tools for performance tracking and support the business decision making process; Lead and support initiatives to simplify and automate capabilities, ensuring corporate governance and housekeeping, securing information and reports accuracy and reliability; Active role on Lean Thinking projects and activities; Promote a humanized, balanced, and engaged working environment, fostering personal and professional development.
Who you are: MBA Degree; Solid experience in procurement and/or business related areas, including team management; Fluency in English; Spanish is desired; Experience of working in a multicultural, international environment; Strong negotiation skills and Business Acumen; Availability for Traveling.
Where youll be: You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
