What youll do:Create and manage a Business Intelligence Database (manufacturing footprint, capacities, competitors operations, prices, sources); Develop and maintain reports and tools to assist the Sourcing team to track performance and improve their business decision making process; Create and distribute a regular business overview report to be distributed incl.
to Top Management; Follow and report evolution of Raw Material costs, Currency and other Macro-economic indicators; Create a should-cost monitoring system; Lead and support initiatives to simplify and automate reporting capabilities in order to expand coverage and drive continuous improvement for the Product Sourcing team; Update and manage commercial conditions in the companys systems, such as supplier registration; Price Approval Report; supply contract and qualification of supplier; Critically analyze the closing of the cost of product structures; Prepare and maintain regular (eg.
monthly) reports to document cost performance, volumes, chargebacks and other transactional activity; Keep an updated database of business related information (forecasts, pricing, profitability, business intel); Continuously develop and improve tools, templates and decks to be used to communicate business related topics to stakeholders; Create a database of Electrolux owned tooling; Consolidation and follow-up of action plans; Keep project tracker file updated; Keep track of costs, quality levels, delivery performance, lead-times, profitability, and more.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:You have:Bachelor''s Degree, preference in Business, Economics, Accounting, Foreign Trade or Engineering; Experience in Masterdata, Database or Statistics; Experience in working with general sourcing/purchasing/supplier topics (desirable); Familiar with SAP (desirable); Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Advanced/Fluent English; Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
