  • Our team is looking for a** Senior Product Owne**r responsible for helping the development of products related to PIX, integrations with suppliers or the implementation of improvements that maximize the value perceived by the customer of the services offered by PayRetailers for the Brazilian market.
  • **This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.
  • ****Job duties and Responsibilities**:- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Brazil and Latin America for product development.
  • - Leading the development and implementation of PIX Direct and Indirect with the Central Bank and partners, including integration with Central Bank systems, open finance, and regulatory reports.
  • - Managing the development and implementation of payment methods such as PIX, Boleto, TED, digital wallets, DDA (Débito Direto Autorizado), and DA (Débito Automático).
  • - Providing technical expertise and working closely with engineers on product development.
  • - Developing detailed product feature specifications and ensuring clear understanding across relevant teams.
  • - Assessing regulatory risks and providing guidance on product adaptations.
  • - Advising squads on relevant regulations and ensuring teams are updated on regulatory requirements.
  • - Managing backlogs with technology, UX/AI, design, and QA teams.
  • - Collaborating with internal areas and clients to understand and define business requirements.
  • - Defining and monitoring OKRs, product/process OKRs, delivery KPIs, and building business cases.
  • - Controlling schedules and deadlines, as well as monitoring and managing external partners.
  • **Experience and Qualifications**:- Experience in developing PIX payment products, with expertise in key areas such as registration, disputes, QR code generation, settlement, and cancellation.
  • - Experience in developing and homologating PIX products with the Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN), SPI, and regulatory bodies.
  • - Experience in fintechs, banks, or payment companies.
  • - Experience working with design and development teams to create user experiences and solutions for e-commerce platforms, apps, and core banking.
  • - Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
  • - Experience in technological environments and agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Lean, etc.
  • ).
  • - Advanced proficiency in English (required).
  • **Preferred**:- Product Owner Scrum certification.
  • - Familiarity with UX design tools such as XD Design, Miro, Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe, etc.
  • - Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
