O que você irá fazer

  • We operate as a payment processor, making it simple and risk-free for our customers and partners.
  • The biggest gaming, gambling and Forex companies trust D24 to effortlessly manage their payment expansion and drive payment conversions.
  • We are looking for a talented **Sr** **Operations **to join our squad of Low Risk.
  • The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate.
  • Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.
  • **What you will be doing**:- Formulate business strategy with others in the team.
  • - Implement efficient processes and standards.
  • - Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.
  • - Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • - Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
  • - Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • **Requirements**:- Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, and IT.
  • - Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
  • - Attention to detail.
  • - Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • - Advanced Portuguese- Advance English- Advanced Microsoft Excel- Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
  • - Experience working with credit cards processes is a big plus.
