O que você irá fazer

  • Operations Manager**Essential Responsibilities**- Respond for total GA LAM sales and margin- Develop and execute long and short-term OTR strategies- Directly lead the Sourcing, PMO, Contract Admin, Project Management, Field Engineering & customer support teams- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices for improving our products, systems or services delivery processes.
  • - Uses an understanding of industry trends to the decision-making process- Uses a high level of judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in OTR.
  • - Adopt a coaching attitude with directly leaders, provide them with timely, relevant and direct feedback to help them develop their leadership skills- Supporting in building organizational capacity, reducing complexity and maximizing team performance- Has the ability to assess the quality of incoming information and question conflicting data for analysis- Communicates complex messages and negotiates primarily internally with others to adopt a different point of view.
  • - Influences colleagues to act and may negotiate with external partners, suppliers or customers- Proactively contribute to the lessons learnt process for OTR to simplify GE processes**Qualifications**:- Bachelor''s Degree in engineering (desirable: electric/electronic/automation)- Native Portuguese, fluent English and desirable Spanish- Professional work experienced in delivery to customers area- Demonstrated experienced in regional or global missions.
  • - Team leadership experience**Desired**- Postgraduate or master''s degree- Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • - Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • - Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • - Established project management skills.
