O que você irá fazer

  • A Thirdera Senior Solution Architect has a high level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile application design.
  • Experience preferred: ITSM, ITILv3.
  • ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor other developers (business information, application software, technology) to ensure the highest standard of technical quality.
  • Fulfills technical designing, creating, documenting, and communicating the integration approach of all components of the architecture.
  • Research, analyze, determine capabilities, and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product/service strategies across business lines.
  • Educate clients and negotiate the right technical solutions.
  • Deliver a positive and value-added experience to clients in every interaction.
  • Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, designing tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
  • Ensure each artifact produced, each configured technical component, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality.
  • Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a program.
  • Build teams that can execute.
  • Provide technical coaching and oversight to other developers/architects.
  • Define domain-specific evaluation processes for hiring that fit market needs.
  • Conduct interviews to screen and identify the best candidates.
  • Perform periodic evaluation of team capabilities.
  • Identify emerging skill sets needed by the team and determine training needs.
  • Align resource requirements based on demand projections.
  • Record resource training and development plans in partnership with HR.
  • Certifications RequiredServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM #J-18808-Ljbffr
