O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will have experience and uses knowledge of various human resources functions; including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide tactical human resources support to managers and staff.
  • Strong in a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Key responsibilities Serve as an HR Business Partner to support the areas of recruiting, selection, compensation administration, employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, legal compliance, metrics & reporting, performance management, and HR process improvement Provide direction, counsel/coaching, and business analytics that enables leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and always demonstrate a commitment to exceptional employee support Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned Improve HR processes in support of the business to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness Proven experience in implementing HR strategies on a virtual/distance mode.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - has a track record of delivering on commitments Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner preferable in a multinational Company with offices across Latin America Legal/Compliance knowledge of Argentine Labour Laws.
