What you will do: Analyze business processes related to infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity; Gather, model, and document business and technical requirements; Assess opportunities, risks, and project feasibility; Support IT projects from inception to implementation; Communicate and present technical solutions in a business-friendly way; Ensure solutions meet user needs and business goals; Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement; Participate in testing, validation, and change management processes.
What we are looking for: Advanced/fluent English for conversation.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters is a plus); Experience in IT or related areas; Strong background in business requirement gathering, use cases, and test scenarios; Experience with enterprise systems and project profitability assessment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; It will be a plus if you have: Advanced/Fluent French for conversation; IIBA certification is a strong asset; Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity; Experience in Agile environments and strong leadership skills; Excellent analytical thinking and communication abilities; Customer-focused mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
Where you will work: This is a hybrid position, at our client's office in Campinas/SP.
Employment type: CLT; Cooperado; PJ.
