  • Brand Manager Smirnoff We are seeking an experienced, results-driven marketing leader to manage the Smirnoff brand with a proven track record in strategic thinking, consumer insights, brand development, and effective execution.
  • This role requires someone who can navigate the full marketing processfrom concept to executionwhile demonstrating strong business acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams (ATL/BTL plans) simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and excellence in every consumer interaction.
  • We are looking for a balance of brand activation expertise, business insight, and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners across a fast-paced and competitive category.

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead the Smirnoff strategy, including the development of a 5-year vision and annual business plans.
  • Translate local and global strategies into integrated marketing initiatives based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and market dynamics.
  • Manage the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with growth drivers, market share, financial goals, and the delivery of brand and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, global and local brand teams, Customer Marketing, Market Insights, and Innovation to design and execute comprehensive brand plans across Media, Culture, Activation, On-Trade, Off-Trade, and Events.
  • Lead and mentor a brand team, fostering talent development and encouraging a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • To succeed in this role, the candidate must have: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in brand management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Strong execution capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
  • A passion for hospitality, celebration, and entertainment.
  • High levels of accountability and autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
