O que você irá fazer

  • , bookings: payroll, fixed assets, taxes, ERP local system, bank transactions, supplier payments, employee reimbursements).
  • Collaborate with Business Units to identify, prioritize, execute, and document project financials, invoices, and other controlling activities.
  • Ensure the correct statutory reports are submitted within legal deadlines.
  • Support the Tax team with analysis of direct and indirect tax accounts.
  • Analyze the entire accounting process and suggest improvements.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of management accounts and statutory reports.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analysis on a monthly basis (suppliers, receivables, payroll, taxes, assets, bank, and intercompany).
  • Apply CPCs/IFRS standards.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned and prepare ad-hoc reports.
  • Work in a hybrid model (3 days at the office per week).

  • Minimum qualifications include: An Accounting Degree.
  • MBA or Post-Graduation is a plus.
  • Active CRC certification.
  • At least 7 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Knowledge of accounting theories and practices (IFRS, IAS).
  • Experience with SAP/Oracle or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail with a process improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication skills with internal customers and the public.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic environment with changing demands.
  • Self-driven with team spirit and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ownership, accountability, and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel (index matching, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
  • ), and MS Forms.
  • Data management and analysis skills, including tools like Power BI, with storytelling ability.
  • Fluent communication in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
