O que você irá fazer

  • As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, managing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • You will collaborate with other departments, assist in audits, and support the overall accounting function to ensure the companys financial health and compliance.
  • Requirements Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
  • Review and post journal entries for accruals, amortizations, and adjustments.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations for general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with monthly financial consolidation.
  • Ensure accuracy in all accounts, resolving discrepancies or issues as they arise.
  • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported.
  • Assist with the companys financial audit, ensure successful and timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support or lead M&A activities including due diligence and integration efforts.
  • Proven experience in accounting (a mix of both public and corporate accounting experience is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate accounting principles (including GAAP), laws and best practices.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERPs (e.

  • Epicor).
  • An analytical mind with strategic ability.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • At least 3 years experience in corporate accounting.
  • 2-3 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Prior experience with financial consolidations with international subsidiaries with various functional currencies.
  • BS/BA in Accounting.
  • CPA or other relevant qualification highly desired.
  • Perform other duties as required.
