  • Ready to Press Play on Potential?Lets Start with the RoleWe are looking for a confident and passionate Sponsorships Manager to join Kaizen Gaming.
  • They will be responsible for supporting key Sponsorships in Latin America, reporting to the Head of Sponsorships and working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Legal as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.
  • As a Sponsorship Manager, you will:Conduct analysis and market research for new territories and Sponsorships assets; Prepare thorough reports and presentations on Sponsorship activities and activations; Identify new Sponsorship opportunities, negotiate contracts and monitor the delivery of contractual assets; Be the go-to person for all Country and Marketing Managers in the region; Support Business Development operations (strategic planning, budgeting & resource planning and administration); Undertake any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time; Attend trade shows, events and conferences where need be.
  • What youll bring:3-5 years of working experience in the Sports Marketing industry; Experience in negotiating and managing commercial sponsorship/partner relationships; Strong network within sports and sports rights community; In-depth knowledge and understanding of the global sports environment; Strong communication and collaboration skills: liaising with teams at all levels across the organization; Data-driven mentality and confidence in business decisions based on performance data; Show team spirit while also being able to work independently on a project; Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business; Innovative thinking, creativity and fresh ideas; Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese will be considered as a plus; Availability and willingness to travel and work on event days.
