O que você irá fazer

  • Assuring the actions plans implementation- Coordination of internal communication process across the plants- Responsible for attending audits (human rights, ISO, internal and external customers, etc)- Assure compliance with company policies, union contract provisions, and government regulations and laws concerning human resources matters- Interpret instructions, personnel policies, and union contract to subordinates and department heads- Advise Director of Operations and Human Resources Director of the plant requirements where union contract is concerned, and lead or assist in handling company-union labor contract negotiations- Counsel department managers and supervisors on matters of discipline and conflict resolution- Conduct employee counseling, as required- Ensure training programs are in place to address the training needs of plant salaried and hourly employees- Coordinate programs to address absenteeism and turnover- Ensure safety programs are in place to minimize injuries and workers compensation costs- Administer policies and procedures relating to all functions under their direction- Coordinate the Blue Collars salary review plan and certify and approve all salary actions, such as promotions, re-classifications and merit increases for submission to Plant Manager and Human Resources Director- Oversee employee benefits administration for hourly and salaried employees- Leading the annual master plan for all Blue Collars.
