We are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Specialist to join our LATAM Presales team.
As a Solutions Specialist at Bricsys, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success in the LATAM region by providing advanced technical expertise and support during the sales process.
You will collaborate closely with our regional (pre)sales team and work with our channel partners in the region to understand client needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and develop tailored solutions that align with customer requirements.
The role is offered on a regular, full-time employment contract basis and can be performed remotely in Brazil.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Align with key customer stakeholders to secure business and technical closure of the proposed Bricsys solution.
Provide consultancy and best practices for project implementation.
Develop and maintain trusted working relationships with Bricsys Reseller Network & Territory Sales.
Communicate and materialize clients needs with customized solutions.
Polish relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and external parties.
Conduct sales & channel enablement, including industry and/or product sales demonstrations.
Establish and maintain industry leadership through competitive studies and in-depth knowledge of technologies impacting customers & global technology marketplace.
Establish workflow and framework for new technology implementation.
Manage training and workshops for BIM/VDC related software.
We are looking for: Skills: Clear passion and commitment to be an innovator.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Understanding of how to define BIM scope, integrate workflow processes, set up standards, manage key stakeholders, and monitor performance.
Ability to lead the production and quality assurance processes.
Ability to plan and optimize CAD technology implementation.
Ability to support pre-sales activities and research, propose and evaluate the latest CAD and BIM technology.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of CAD/BIM technology.
Extensive knowledge of AEC, BIM and/or Manufacturing sectors in the region and their challenges.
Strong knowledge of channel partner/reseller model and developing channel partner relationships.
Experience: 10+ years' professional experience in roles combining technical capabilities and commercial skills, such as Principal Consultant, Implementation Manager, Solution Architect, Practice Manager, Technical Presales Consultant, Application Engineer, or similar.
Previous hands-on user experience with CAD/BIM solutions demonstrating a strong understanding of their applications and functionalities.
Demonstrable experience researching, evaluating, analyzing, and delivering CAD technology.
Demonstrable experience in content development and delivery of CAD software demos, consultancy, workshops, and training.
Demonstrable experience establishing BIM workflows and frameworks for new technology implementations.
Education & Other Qualifications: Preferred qualifications in either Architecture, Building Management, or Engineering.
Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Availability to travel in the region as needed for client and partner engagements, as well as industry events.
