O que você irá fazer

  • Solutions Architect is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to produce high-quality proposals from customer Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFP/Q).
  • This role works closely with Sales Teams and Delivery Managers to conduct Business Approval Requests for viable opportunities.
  • Once approved, the architect develops proposal strategies, solutions, themes, and discriminators for the proposal response.
  • Internal resources include sales managers, presales architects, professional services, business development, legal, and other technical and administrative teams.

  • Solutions Architect independently develops proposal outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, and leads cross-functional teams to ensure the proposal is compliant, compelling, and delivered on schedule.
  • What You''ll Do:Lead the qualification process for complex global sales opportunities supporting the Global Field Sales Rep.
  • (20%)Ensure the quality of proposal materials including outline, compliance matrix, management plan, kick-off materials, presentations, and writing plans.
  • (40%)Manage the proposal project plan to meet deadlines.
  • (15%)Coordinate and lead executive proposal reviews.
  • (10%)Coordinate with cross-functional teams on proposal content, including scope, solution, pricing, and legal considerations.
