  • Job Overview: We are seeking a Software Testing Engineer to support the onsite team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
  • This role will focus on pre-market certification, product testing, and post-launch technical support to ensure compliance and optimal user experience.
  • Work Model: Onsite Contract Type: 1-year contract Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with ANATEL, INMETRO, and other regulatory standards (RF testing, security testing, EMC testing).
  • Provide technical support for certification processes to ensure telecommunications compliance before market launch.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile devices, including network communication, third-party apps, translation features, performance, stability, and power consumption.
  • Assist in problem analysis and resolution to maintain high product quality.
  • Collect and analyze local network data and user feedback to identify potential issues.
  • Investigate after-sales problems, conduct failure analysis, and execute comparison testing.
  • Support local teams in improving product experience.
  • Establish and maintain technical communication channels with operators and certification bodies.
  • Assist in optimizing local certification processes to shorten approval timelines and accelerate product launches.
  • Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with RF testing and communication protocol testing.
  • Familiarity with GCF/PTCRF laboratory testing is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Chinese language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
