  • We develop data-driven tools and platforms, including a new real-time inventory tracking system built in Java, utilizing Kafka for event sequencing and operational research algorithms for optimization.
  • This platform manages billions of dollars in cash and securities inventory, providing visibility and control over intra-day liquidity and collaborating with Securities Lending Technology to enhance payment incentives and accruals.
  • Our team works closely with Prime Services and the Synthetics Product Group (SPG), offering clients equities financing and securities lending services.
  • You will be part of a global engineering team developing new software to replace outdated systems with state-of-the-art applications, including building real-time analytics and visualization tools for traders to make informed decisions.

  • Responsibilities Our Team Members As a team member, you will contribute to developing our new applications, directly impacting the firms inventory management capabilities.
  • Create highly scalable systems; develop services, web applications, and analytics; Lead design and development, collaborating with traders and user groups; Analyze requirements, explore technologies, and build proof-of-concept prototypes; Provide updates on project milestones and statuses to management; Mentor junior developers globally.
  • Basic Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field; At least 2 years of industry experience; Experience leading requirements gathering, design, and implementation of significant projects; Strong skills in Java, Python, C++, or equivalent; Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
