  • Morgan in LATAM, while supporting Payments, Liquidity and FX products use cases implementation.
  • This role will be responsible for designing and implementing components, services and features as part of a Development Squad, working closely with solutions architects and product leads in order elaborate solutions to business problems.
  • As a senior member of the Squad, this role is expected to think proactively in order to optimize existing solutions and develop new capabilities, mentor and coach junior team members, foster innovation and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in alignment with the firm´s strategy technology.
  • As a Tech Lead, you are expected to lead by example and be comfortable with participating on architectural deep dives and code reviews.
  • **Qualification section**:This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:- People and technical leadership experience (minimum of 2 years) - will lead a Squad of 3-4 junior Software Engineers- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience- Working experience with cloud native development and industry-standard IaaS, PaaS, FaaS solutions (Kubernetes, Tanzu/Cloud Foundry, AWS EKS/Lambda) - Any Kubernetes or AWS certifications are a plus- Experience with enterprise integration patterns (REST APIs, Messaging, Event Streaming)- Experience with modern engineering practices (Agile, Continuous Delivery, TDD, DDD) and tooling (i.
