  • About the Role: As a Software Engineer at BWZ, you will be responsible for the entire development process, from discovery and planning to testing and deployment.

  • ), and participating in the development and architecture of our multi-site Web Platform (built in WordPress), Ad Tech Platform (built in Ruby on Rails), among other systems.
  • You can work remotely or in a flexible regime if you are in Curitiba, Brazil.
  • Please note that our teams operate in the PST time zone, and your working hours should be at least partially compatible.
  • What youll be doing: Reporting to the Technology Director, you will work with the Back-End, Web Platform, and Ad Tech teams to develop solutions for back-end systems, AI Agents, and various integrations.
  • You will have the opportunity to research and learn new technologies, making suggestions and implementations to improve performance and scalability.
  • Who You Are: You are a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software development projects.
  • You have experience with data engineering projects.
  • You have experience in back-end development.
  • You prefer to automate repetitive tasks.
  • You manage your own work time effectively.
  • You are curious about how things work.
  • You enjoy testing new ideas, even if they dont work initially.

  • Experience with programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, or similar.
  • Experience with JavaScript technologies like React, Ember.
