O que você irá fazer

  • You will be part of a dedicated function serving the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa markets.
  • You will manage a medium sized team in our Argentina operations comprised of developers, QA and Product Owners who will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of key projects in line with the roadmap.
  • The SW Development Manager will receive training with the overseas development teams as well as on product and processes.
  • Working for a global company, developing your career, and opportunities to stretch yourself in a more senior role could be presented.
  • This may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Lead team meetings and leverage resources to boost work capacity including mentoring members with 1:1 session of goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Provide direction to Project Management and Development staff including governance, reporting, and raising risks by acting as a liaison with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers in stakeholder management both external & internal customers, working towards the roadmap and ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Process Management and Improvement while also managing the Engineering Practice and best applications for Agile development and delivery.
  • Promote team building, empowerment, engagement and maintain a sustainable pace with high quality and innovation while managing development teams in Agile/Scrum methodology to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Manage the SW Development Team in support and building our billing system and data management tools as a key leader in implementing full lifecycle of cloud development products as well as conduct R&D for the product based on the business need.
  • Work with Leadership and Talent Management to include hiring and growing SW development talent, manage team development, training and take on team commitments to ensure future success.
  • You bring a university degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent related experience in a proven Software Development leadership environment required.
  • Your 3 to 5+ years of previous management and relevant experience in a SW Development Manager role includes a solid understanding of SDLC and Scrum/Agile methodologies, and ideally a certified Scrum Master.
  • You are experienced in managing cross functional development teams and have a Go-get and Product-driven attitude with creative approaches to focus on details while maintaining a holistic big picture.
  • You are a result-oriented and self-motivated leader with the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral required.
  • This is a full office position.
  • The office is at Microcentro, CABA.
