O que você irá fazer

  • Due to the continued expansion of the Marketing department, you will join the brand marketing team to further develop the Companys brand, demonstrating the ability to engage audiences and elevate our brand presence across various social media platformsIt is extremely important that our global gambling brand develops alongside Business growth, due to significant presence in the UK, Europe, LATAM, Australia and the US.
  • You will collaborate with the wider Marketing department for integrated communications to deliver industry-leading campaigns, which will form a significant part of the role.
  • You will manage our social media presence and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness, while ensuring that our channels adhere to internal marketing policies and local regulations.
  • Preferred skills and experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian, Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Ability to plan, create, and publish content that is tailored to the target audiences interests and preferences across multiple platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gambling vertical, sports, and the sporting calendar relevant to Brazil.
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategy.
  • Proficiency in analysing social media metrics and performance data to inform strategy.
  • Ability to oversee and deliver industry-leading campaigns, promotions and initiatives.
  • Possess a test-and-learn mind set to promote continual improvement in key performance metrics.
  • Main ResponsibilitiesPlanning, producing and publishing localised industry-leading content, in line with our social media strategy and wider Business objectivesTaking overarching responsibility for social platforms under remit, including content quality, campaign delivery, KPI improvements and end-to-end measurement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create social media timelines that coincide with new product releases, advertising campaigns, and brand messaging.
  • Keeping up-to-date with new social platform releases and social media marketing trends, implementing a test-and-learn approach to continually enhance social media strategy.
  • Circulating social content plans and collaborating with creative teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal marketing policies and local regulations, maintaining a thorough understanding of the gambling vertical and relevant industry standards.
  • Engaging with the audience on social media platforms to foster a sense of community and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Generating reports, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Recognising strong performance against benchmarks, and identifying opportunities for growth, providing actionable solutions.
  • Identifying personal development areas and seek opportunities for growth within the role, contributing to the overall success of the team.
