  • RoleThe Social Media Analyst serves as the data-driven strategist who transforms complex performance metrics into actionable insights that drive social media optimization and growth.
  • This role bridges the gap between creative execution and business outcomes by tracking KPIs, identifying trends, benchmarking against competitors, and providing data-backed recommendations.
  • The Social Media Analyst helps the team understand what''s working, what''s not, and whyenabling strategic adjustments that improve engagement, reach, and conversions while demonstrating the tangible value of social media efforts to stakeholders.
  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks for tracking social media performance across platforms.
  • Create regular performance reports with clear visualizations and actionable insights for various stakeholders.
