  • Your day-to-day tasks will involve:- Leading and championing the Support team to maintain high engagement levels- Efficiently handling customer and in-house environments to ensure improved performance- Coordinating the monitoring of critical high-availability environments- Handling incident management to resolve issues quickly- Managing problems to prevent future incidents- Efficiently implementing processes to handle change- Ensuring quality and performance standards are met for customers- Developing scripts and knowledge bases for efficient problem solving- Measuring and reporting on SLA alignment- Proposing and implementing improvements for operations and products- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met- Continuously training the team on the latest company solutionsWhat you''ll need:To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of proven technical skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Specific requirements include:- A completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • - Proficiency in English- Solid understanding of Cloud Solution Management- Experience in monitoring critical high availability environments- Advanced proficiency in Linux and MySQL- Knowledge of NOSQL databases- Familiarity with Python and Ansible- Experience with DevOps/Automation- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Leadership- A keen interest and ability to learn other technologiesWhat will help you on the job:While not strictly required, the following skills and experiences will greatly improve your ability to compete and thrive- Previous experience in Customer Support- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies- Knowledge of the O&G business sector- Experience in Java Software Administration- Outstanding teammate skills- A curiosity about sharing knowledge and mentoring team members- The ability to grow individual contributors and motivate teams- A talent for innovation in team motivation techniquesEEO statement:
