O que você irá fazer

  • Experience leading people and shop floor operations.
  • English knowledge for oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Site Leader Responsibilities: Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of operations and functions at the site.
  • Manage and lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring to ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Foster positive employee relations and develop leadership bench strength within the Sorting Center.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management within Delivery Stations, Fulfillment Centers, Safety, Loss Prevention, and Middle Mile teams.
  • Key Job Responsibilities: Drive the creation of quality initiatives, process improvement initiatives, and other Lean strategies to help the functional area and the SC exceed business goals.
  • Oversee the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of Inbound, Processing, or Outbound operations.
  • Define and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold them accountable.
  • Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and developing ideas and integrating them into improvement plans.
  • Share best practices across all departments, shifts, and throughout the network.
  • Collaborate with support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers) to secure resources and support cross-functional initiatives.
