O que você irá fazer

  • Support the transition from regional to global Front Office systems.
  • Establish and manage a regional business relationship management organization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of Front Office initiatives.
  • Work closely with business areas to develop and implement strategies for Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Customer Services, etc.
  • Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Ensure the IT department has a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of Front Office initiatives and projects.
  • Align monitoring, capacity planning, and automation with service needs.
  • Follow up on application evolution and coordinate actions with third parties.
  • Lead vendor management related to Front Office initiatives, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Provide management dashboards with activity KPIs and detailed operational reports.
  • Set up regular meetings with service teams.
  • Act as a key player in relationships among global, business, and local teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for standardization and process simplification to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients, peers, sponsors, employees, and contractors.
  • Minimum Qualifications Extensive experience leading Front Office initiatives in large organizations.
  • Proven track record managing global programs and transitioning regional systems to global ones.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, and Customer Services.
  • Experience in building and managing business relationship management organizations.
  • Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
