O que você irá fazer

  • Technical Consultant Seniors define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications in support of the achievement of the business requirements.
  • The role demands strong analytical skills and high research, design, documentation, and software modification capabilities throughout the production life cycle.
  • Responsibilities Manage all important project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on advanced development.
  • Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
  • Fulfill projects technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality, contributing with assignments, follow-up, and guidance to Junior/Mid developers.
  • Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.
  • Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of customer needs and requirements.
  • Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.
  • Lead, educate, mentor, and develop the Thirdera resources who are assigned to his/her projects.
  • Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
  • Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.
  • Partner with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process.
  • Requirements Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in technical consulting roles.
  • Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
  • Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation-level preferred.
  • Post-graduate in Software related topics is desired.
