  • Our qualified and experienced team are able to inspect, test, repair, modify and analyse fire protection equipment and integrated systems.
  • We develop maintenance plans and carry out works at site or in our workshop in Canning Vale, Western Australia.
  • Our services include: Site surveys, inspections, and performance testing Scheduled onsite servicing ensuring compliance to standards and regulations Dry deluge system testing and cleaning Wet deluge system functional and performance testing Foam system function testing and produced firefighting foam sample testing Fire door inspection, servicing, replacement and certification Elastopipe installations Repairs, modifications, and upgrades to existing or new Fire Fighting systems Installation and Commissioning of specialised Fire Suppression System About the Role Incos Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician with a career path opportunity to Supervisor/Team Leader.
  • You will form part of our team within our Fabrication, Site Support & Maintenance area.
  • You will be based at our Canning Vale workshop, and you will potentially be required to work remotely both onshore and offshore, as well as marine facilities.
  • Your duties will include: Servicing of valves, pressure regulators and associated equipment Interpreting technical drawings / manuals, installation instructions Assembly and testing of a variety of equipment / systems Service, repair, testing and potential troubleshooting of Integrated Firefighting systems such as: Foam systems Inert Gas systems Fire Fighting Equipment such as Firewater Monitors and Hydrants About You As an all-in team player, you are probably known for your 'can-do' attitude as much as your analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Key Requirements: Strong focus on safety and quality Trade qualifications Mechanical / hydraulic fitting, or equivalent (required) Energy Sector work experience, Aviation or Specialised Marine (preferable) Deluge, Water Mist system or other main extinguishing systems (desirable) Must possess good mechanical / hydraulic fault-finding skills, have a flexible approach, and take ownership of a task/job Ability to pass pre-employment medical Ability to pass a National Police clearance / MSIC Have or willing to obtain a (T)BOSIET Right to work and live in Australia If you're looking for a role in which you can immediately apply your skills while continuing to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.
