O que você irá fazer

  • You have excellent people and leadership skills.
  • Youll balance strategic goals with day-to-day operational demands leading to a strong execution.
  • You set clear targets, delegate, and monitor performance effectively to ensure strong engagement and accountability.
  • Youre never afraid to be hands-on, willing to respond quickly to organizational and customer needs.
  • You know that the best way to successfully deliver targets is through building, motivating, and developing world class teams.
  • You constantly drive a culture of high performance.
  • You may also lead South America wide service-related programs.
  • Your networking, influencing and negotiation skills will allow you to easily interact with other Valmet and Automation organizations in the matrix structure.
  • **Requirements**:You have university degree in Automation or in relevant Engineering or business management field.
  • More than 5 years of business and sales & service management, experience in working in customer interface and wide knowledge of Valmets Automation products and services.
  • You have also worked already in a position with profit & loss responsibility.
  • Successful track record of leadership with an ability to build, inspire and lead teams to achieve goals and drive accountability with a key requirement being a demonstrated ability to obtain results in a matrix organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, which at times may be heavy and on short notice.
