O que você irá fazer

  • Responsibilities Desktop and Laptop Support: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops.
  • Peripheral Devices: Experience with printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Operating Systems: Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Active Directory: Managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Group Policy: Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and configuration management.
  • Remote Management: Using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune for remote management and software deployment.
  • Microsoft 365: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Video Conferencing: Experience with tools like Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet.
  • Unified Communications: Knowledge of unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack.
  • MDM Solutions: Proficiency in using MDM tools like Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron.
  • BYOD Policies: Implementing and managing Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies.
