  • ResponsabilidadesPerform service and spare parts quotations in a highly demanding environment; Provide professional administrative support to the Service Team; Maintain and update the customer database; Manage calls for the Latin America Hotline while service engineers are in the field; Support customer information processes for smooth invoicing routines; Ensure customer satisfaction through back-office support; Assist with NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys; Organize and manage stock effectively; Perform other tasks as assigned by the Service Coordinator.
  • QualificaçõesGraduation in Business Administration or equivalent; At least two years of experience in administrative support roles in service, sales, or marketing, preferably in high-volume, high-tech settings; Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory; Knowledge of Spanish (speaking and writing) is a plus; Ability to sell service contracts remotely; Strong software skills, including MS Office (Excel is a plus), Salesforce, Microsiga; Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, both internally and externally; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
