O que você irá fazer

  • The goal is to migrate a large-scale multisite WordPress website to Odoo.

  • A strong understanding of WordPresss web development capabilities and tools is required.
  • This developer should be able to lead and provide suggestions related to functional issues during the development process, working with Brand, Marketing, and IT (Development) teams.
  • Responsibilities Design and develop a custom WordPress plugin to facilitate seamless migration from WordPress to Odoo.
  • The plugin should aim to migrate at least 80% of the WordPress content to reduce manual work later.
  • Collaborate with Odoo developers to understand migration requirements and ensure the plugin supports efficient data transfer.
  • Work with both WordPress and Odoo databases to ensure proper data mapping, migration, and integrity.
  • Develop processes for smooth migration of content, media, templates, and other data, ensuring accuracy.
  • Create and integrate software for real-time data synchronization between WordPress and Odoo during migration.
  • Coordinate with other developers, project managers, and the Odoo migration team to meet milestones and resolve technical challenges.
  • Must-have skills Expertise in SQL and database management.
  • Deep knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON within the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Experience with WordPress REST API and XML-RPC for external system integration.
  • Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Nice-to-have skills Familiarity with Odoo architecture and APIs.
  • Understanding of database architecture and large-scale migration strategies.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
