O que você irá fazer

  • As a Workday Support Analyst, the candidate will be joining a team of Workday specialists, providing 2nd line support in collaboration with other colleagues within the HR department.
  • The candidate will provide Workday support via Case Management as well as BAU activities across the whole Workday platform.
  • Key AccountabilitiesExcellent Workday knowledge, with basic exposure to configuration of Core HCM.
  • Knowledge of other modules such as Absence, Payroll, Integrations is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Workday Reporting and SecurityPrevious experience in a similar function, supporting a Workday Client with day-to-day operations including ticket management, system updates and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels, in and outside the business.
  • Ability to troubleshoot business processesProvide support to Testing and validating changesQualifications3+ years of Experience in HRMS Support activitiesWorkday Experience: Min.
  • 3+ years, Hands-on experience in Workday supportMandatory skills and experienceGood hands-on knowledge of multiple Workday modules, including Workday HCM, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Integrations, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruitment, Security and ReportingPrevious Support experience handling Core HR modules.
  • Outstanding communication and team collaboration skillsAdvanced written and oral English languageDesired skills and experienceHandle business issues (internal and external) and suggest resolutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and oralExperience within a large, global organisation would be advantageous.
