  • Stakeholder management Advocate for user/customer needs with a pragmatic, hands-on approach Communicate effectively about the benefits of strong UX/UI design Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to ensure innovative, viable, feasible, and desirable solutions User Research Lead and conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors Analyze findings to inform design and architecture decisions in collaboration with technical teams User Experience/Interaction Design Create user flows and UI designs from concept to implementation Integrate design flow into the Azure DevOps development process Testing Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback Use insights to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction Who we are looking for Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience Over 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and process understanding Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools Deep understanding of user-centered design principles Experience delivering digital solutions with a focus on UX/UI in B2B markets Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Benefits include healthcare, dental care, bonuses, private pension, programs for pregnant women, social support, life insurance, telemedicine, telenutrition, telepsychology, restaurant, and transportation.
