  • The Role: An experienced Senior Technical Operations Analyst is sought to join a regional team dedicated to application support, technical consultancy, and data management.
  • This individual will act as the technical face of the company, providing expertise in application stability, client support, and system improvements.
  • In addition to hands-on troubleshooting, this role involves mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Java, and Python is highly beneficial, given the mix of legacy applications and upcoming development projects.
  • How You Will Make an Impact: Technical & Business Application Support: Provide first-line and escalated support for internal and external users, resolving issues promptly and engaging in technical discussions with clients and project teams.
  • Team & Task Coordination: Manage regional team operations and priorities, ensuring smooth functioning across all job functions, including data management, access control, and report generation.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as a key technical consultant, offering insights, guidance, and training on GSCF applications to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Database & Data Transfer Management: Oversee database performance, handle controlled data manipulations, and ensure reliable data transfer between systems while maintaining data integrity and security.
  • System Connectivity: Manage connectivity with customer systems, ensuring stable and efficient data integration and communication flows.
  • Code-Level Troubleshooting: Utilize Java knowledge to assess application code for troubleshooting and support new application development efforts in Python as required.
  • Release Management: Coordinate release processes, from gathering requirements and testing to deployment, along with conducting post-deployment validation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain PowerBI reports, and document system architecture and technical processes comprehensively.
  • What You Bring to the Team: Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in SQL Practical knowledge of Java, with experience or familiarity in Python Strong root-cause analysis skills, with proficiency in technical reporting and documentation Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken 5+ years in technical support or related experience, ideally with team coordination responsibilities Background in B2B EDI integration and release management Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and environments Excellent collaborator with a commitment to end-user support and technical excellence All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin or any other category protected by law.
