  • JOB PURPOSE Senior Tax Analyst - to be responsible for reviewing and overseeing our Third Party Tax Company.
  • Responsible for all review of Tax payments, keeping control of Store licenses and other Tax-related activities, answering to our Tax Manager.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Validation Difal Posting Store End of Day verification Store Tax Support Vendor Invoices Validation Tax Validation from 3rd party company Malls Assessment (Tax Books) Tax Accounts Reconciliations Vendor Form Validation and Request Invoices Monitor Tax assessments Tax Books Validation Tax Calculation IPI invoice Ancillary obligations validation Checking Reports for Invoices Events Support / Tax Requirements MIRO (Invoices Postings) Importation Costs Update Compliance and Control of Stores Mexico Tax Validation 3rd party Tax controls and support (Brazil and Mexico) Mexico Tax Accounts Reconciliation PERSONAL PROFILE Minimum experience of five years as Senior Tax Analyst / Tax Analyst, advanced knowledge of Brazilian Tax Law, experience with closing tax books, SAP and Tax One knowledge is a plus, English (intermediate).
