  • Your role:Implementing, upgrading, and maintaining the organization''s NAS infrastructure;Overseeing the delivery and documentation of ITSM processes such as Capacity and Availability Management, Performance Management, Lifecycle Management, Patch and Vulnerability Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery Management, Security and Hardening, Audit & Compliance, and more.
  • Ensuring that all new and existing services undergo appropriate design, planning, and operational implementation.
  • In addition to typical Storage Administrator responsibilities, you''ll be tasked with recommending innovative and, whenever possible, automated approaches to infrastructure tasks.
  • Lead the resolution of escalated, complex incidents, problems, or capacity concerns.
  • Support outside of regular office hours for emergency assistance, routine maintenance, and customer service.
  • Who you are:Formal education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other related to technology.
  • Must be comfortable working in US time zone hours (Mostly EST time).
  • Previous experience in NAS storage administration, with a focus on NetApp storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI) and storage networking concepts (SAN, NAS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) architecture and its hardware/software products.
  • Proficient with NetApp NAS Storage (CDOT) platforms, including StorageGRID, FabricPool, replication, and backup strategies (SnapVault, SnapMirror).
  • Exposure to NetApp cloud offering such as BlueXp, FSX Ontap & CVO.
  • Familiarity with file share platforms such as CTERA and Cloud object storage (Scality Ring).
  • Familiarity with migration tools such as DataDobi, Robocopy, and securecopy.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, such as TSM & Commvault.
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation using Ansible, with hands-on experience in open-source analytics and visualization tools like Grafana.
  • Experience with SAN storage arrays and switches is advantageous, particularly IBM SVC, FSxxxx, and Brocade SAN directors.
  • Relevant certifications, such as NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) or NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE), are a plus.
  • Language skills: English Advanced.
  • Spanish is a plus.
