O que você irá fazer

  • We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead new initiatives and products that serve Experian''s clients, including those in financial services.

  • Role accountabilities and key activities The Senior Staff Engineer will: Lead development teams, handle complex assignments, and provide technical expertise across the end-to-end development cycle.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure functional goals are achieved.
  • Support product development holistically, understanding how different components integrate.
  • Support complex software projects through planning, system design, and mentorship.
  • Architect solutions for technical challenges and system improvements.
  • Define and execute technical strategies, including technology selection and innovation.
  • Design and build full-stack components of analytics platforms on AWS.
  • Deeply analyze platform, infrastructure, and application issues to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams to expand analytics offerings.
  • Optimize products to reduce costs while maximizing scalability and stability.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Extensive knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and ML, with the ability to explore deeply when needed.
  • Experience supporting internal data engineering, analytics, and MLOps platforms.
  • Proficiency with distributed data frameworks like Spark.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, especially AWS, including infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Helm.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Scala, Java, and Python.
