  • WHO YOULL WORK WITHYou will support clients and case teams working with our ASTER product, Bains largest technology investment, used in over 200 deployments with an NPS of 70.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and analytics experts to deliver organizational design tools that assist clients in structuring for growth.
  • This role offers hands-on client experience, skill development, and an opportunity to contribute to our São Paulo hubs growth and culture.
  • WHERE YOULL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMThe Senior Specialist, Solution Delivery, supports and advises case teams and clients on deploying and using Bain software and tools.
  • You will manage deployments for assigned clients, support complex cases, and act as an advisor on product usage.
  • You will also handle Service Requests, Incidents, and Problems to ensure ongoing client success and process improvements.
  • WHAT YOULL DOProject management and ongoing support (30%): Support teams and clients with technical issues, including on-site support when needed.
  • User training (25%): Lead training sessions, develop training materials, and maintain curriculum for software users.
  • Solution Advisory (10%): Assist in gathering requirements and configuring software in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Product Operations (10%): Collect feedback, support enhancements, and advocate for client needs within the product team.
  • Software product awareness (10%): Create marketing collateral, share best practices, and provide examples to case teams.
  • Team operations (10%): Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
  • Service improvement (5%): Collaborate on designing new services and improving support processes.
  • ABOUT YOUExperience: 3-5 years in software deployment, customer success, or technology consulting.
  • Education: Associate''s/Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Skills & Abilities: Ability to execute projects, make recommendations, communicate effectively, and collaborate across levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
