O que você irá fazer

  • Below, youll find more details about this opportunity: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Acting as the main Business Partner for the plant leadership team, providing strategic advice and support across various operational areas; Promoting and maintaining strong relationships between departments to ensure efficient collaboration across production, engineering and support teams; Applying a generalist approach to solve diverse challenges in a dynamic manufacturing environment; Leading and participating in process improvement initiatives, ensuring business strategies are aligned with operational needs and corporate goals; Providing expertise in manufacturing processes, production planning and workforce management; Serving as the go-to person for day-to-day operational matters, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency; Managing and coordinating HR activities, training and talent management, supporting the plants development goals; Ensuring compliance with Siemens Energys policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and optimize plant performance.
  • What were looking for: Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably within large plants or factories; Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people and teams; Strong management and influencing skills in a dynamic and complex setting; A generalist mindset, with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement; Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail; Bachelors degree in any field, such as Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related areas.
  • An MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus; Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory candidates must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English, as the language will be used frequently.
