This role involves developing and executing content strategies, managing multiple accounts, and ensuring cohesive brand growth.
You will work closely with the Creative Director to translate creative briefs into impactful social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic social media plans for multiple restaurant brands.
Manage scheduling and execution using Planoly.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth Handle community management, including reposts, replies, and interaction for each brand.
Curate and organize available content assets to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
Propose creative content ideas and develop growth-driven strategies to help the brand stand out on social media.
Qualifications: Proven experience in social media strategy, preferably in an agency.
Strong understanding of restaurant brands and digital marketing trends.
Must work independently, proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a desire for personal and professional growth.
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to lead with transparency and communicate effectively in a team setting.
