O que você irá fazer

  • AVIAREPS represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers, and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of B2B and B2C services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and PR programs.
  • We are seeking a responsible, driven, and business-oriented Senior Sales Executive to represent an airline in the Brazilian market.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving airline sales and promoting the brand within the market.
  • Your duties will include planning, executing, and monitoring sales campaigns targeted at trade partners, as well as actively contributing to the airline''s growth and market presence.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management : Oversee and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Customer Base Expansion : Strategically support and grow the local client portfolio.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy : Assist in developing and executing action plans to enhance brand awareness and boost performance.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Contract Oversight : Manage the implementation and administration of client contracts.
  • Channel Training and Development : Provide training and qualification for various distribution channels.
  • Channel Strategy Recommendations : Propose tailored sales and marketing strategies for each channel.
  • Performance Evaluation : Conduct meetings with distribution channels to analyze outcomes and adjust strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Gather market intelligence, analyze data, and identify potential opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Lead regular sales review meetings and provide detailed performance reports.
  • Client Communication : Maintain consistent reporting and communication with clients.
  • Event Participation : Represent the company at fairs, events, and workshops to enhance visibility and networking.
  • Key SkillsEducational Background : Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience : Extensive experience in tourism sales, including at least one role within an airline.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of Brazils tourism trade, leisure and corporate travel sectors, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Sales Expertise : Proven track record in sales within the airline and tourism industries.
  • Segment Knowledge : Deep familiarity with travel and tourism industry segments and distribution channels.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs; familiarity with tourism distribution tools (e.

  • Soft Skills : Strong organizational and analytical abilities; excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Bonus Experience : Background in international destination account management is a plus.
