O que você irá fazer

  • Leveraging your sales expertise, you will focus on expanding market coverage by building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing customers.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the value of our customers'' businesses.
  • This role reports directly to the Sales Manager for the segment.
  • Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Managing large accounts with proven expertise.
  • Overseeing the existing customer portfolio to ensure top-tier service and foster customer loyalty.
  • Driving business growth by creating a robust, proactive mid- and long-term pipeline in synergy with application engineers.
  • Ensuring profitable day-to-day sales execution and closely monitoring key activities in collaboration with the Customer Service Center.
  • Providing updates on critical activities such as pricing, exchange rates, commodities, forecasts, rebate plans, bad debts, product launches, and lead times.
  • Conducting timely analysis and problem-solving with the support of the Customer Service Center.
  • Preparing and validating professional presentations.
  • Establishing a strong network with key decision-makers and market stakeholders to understand needs and promote value-based selling.
  • Staying attuned to market trends and maintaining an active project pipeline.
  • Ideal Candidate SkillsA degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in the Commercial Refrigeration market, working with OEM.
  • Mandatory knowledge of electronic controls, automation, compressors, and flow controls.
  • Desirable knowledge in heat exchangers (brazed and microchannel).
  • Experience in opportunity management for project-based sales.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, handling multiple product types within the same opportunity.
  • Expertise in Value Selling and SPIN Selling methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce (CRM system).
